Belvédère de la Cité - Standing - Panoramic view

EllenRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Most incredible stay I've had- thank you François and the team! I've never stayed somewhere which has exceeded my expectations like this apartment. It was truly beautiful- from the smell of the honeysuckle tree below the balcony, to the incredible view, to the little details like a jar of sweets in the apartment, and the incredible communication from the team and amenities! The apartment is a short walk from some amazing restaurants, just round the corner from the cité and near to local shops in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood! It was the perfect base to explore Carcasssone and the surrounding wine regions! The apartment was spotless, the appliances were all modern, there was a really great shower, and incredibly comfy beds with crisp white linen. It truly made our holiday special, and I'll never forget our time here! I'd recommend this property again and again and again and would not hesitate to return as soon as we can!

Beautiful house on private property

JamesRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Guillaume’s beautiful home. It is an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by nature. My son loved exploring the grounds together and there were games also for extra entertainment. The house itself is stunning also, especially the living space, which is very tastefully decorated with a lovely huge window to look out on the trees. Guillaume is an excellent host and was always very responsive. The first thing my son said when we arrived was ‘Can we just not leave here?’ That says it all 😀

The little house in the forest RETRO MAZET

ValerieRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Very nice and well-equipped house, which remains cool despite outside temperatures above 30, on a wooded lot that our 2 dogs enjoyed. A beautiful discovery, the Black Mountain, with its forests, its expanses of water. Perfect location for those who love tranquility and walking, while ultimately not far from Carcassonne. We had a great time.

Le petit Lauzier

Marie JoséRating, 5 stars7 months ago
A very pleasant stay with our host Dany, nothing fell short of our expectations. We love this place above the river, close to the Montagne Noire where we have been coming every year for 13 years. The season was conducive to mushroom and chestnut picking. We'll be happy to come back. Mr. and Mrs. Garcia
An ancient fortified castle with multiple towers and stone walls is seen atop a hill, overlooking a village. The structure reflects varying shades of gray and brown, while the sky is filled with soft clouds and warm hues of orange and blue during sunset.

Country house with views of the Pyrenees

We had a pleasant stay at Annie's place. The house is large and very well equipped, the decoration took us on a journey. We were able to enjoy the garden which is a real plus, with an amazing view. We felt right at home. Annie was very welcoming and available and Khali was very friendly.

We are a party of six adults. The house proved to be exactly as advertised. It is a fantastic property in a fabulous location. The owner Sixtine has been a pleasure to deal with. All communication was clear and any questions were responded to quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

LPD private romantic house + pool & garden

SeanaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
LaRouyère is so idyllic it almost felt like a movie set — minus the boom mics and drama. The garden and pool were our private retreat; we dedicated two afternoons to pure laziness: sun, breeze, and zero responsibilities. The home is beautifully renovated (it includes a former wine cave!) and feels like the kind of place you'd happily get stranded. I cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen, we slept like the dead in the blissfully quiet bedroom, and the bathroom surprised us both — showers are usually utilitarian for me, but this one was hard to leave, and my husband was equally smitten with the tub. Stuart shared great tips, including the St. Chinian market, where I found heirloom tomatoes and carrots I’m still thinking about. Both hosts were generous, friendly, and struck that great balance of available-but-not-hovering. We left feeling rejuvenated — and already looking forward to a return.
