The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and access to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have an aperitif. The apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always here for whatever you may need. Space for bikes at the entrance, little difficulty parking on the street.

Forget the worries in this great home - it's an oasis of tranquility! A wonderful diaphanous apartment that has no lack of detail. It is located in a beautiful village 35km from Madrid. Perfect for recharging batteries in a relaxed atmosphere or spending a romantic weekend as a couple. It has a small garden in the back with a barbecue, stove and mini pool. This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Cozy little house at the foot of the mountains. Relax alone, as a couple, or in a group or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! Enjoy the fresh air, the sounds of nature, and many possibilities right nearby for walking, cycling, or birdwatching in a wonderful environment. It has a terrace, an 800 m2 garden, outdoor tables and chairs, and a 30m zip line. If the weather is good, there is a pool from June to October. Enjoy!

Temporary loft, next to Sierra del Guadarrama National Park, in a natural setting. On the ground floor of our home, independent, with full kitchen, wifi, fiber 600 MB, Smart TV, living room and bedroom, fireplace, garden and barbecue. Pool shared with the owners and another place for two people. 45 km from Madrid capital, very good communication by car and bus. Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.

A very quiet and comfortable place to know Madrid and its surroundings without stress (El Escorial, Segovia, Ávila and Toledo) and where you can retire to rest. Do not miss the Don Luis Palace of Infante and its gardens located in the middle of Boadilla del Monte. Access to the private pool is limited to the months of July and August and always for occasional refreshment baths.

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
