Atualmente reformulado e atualizado, procurámos manter os valores e as pedras estruturais que tanto suportaram esta casa e as gerações que aqui viveram ao longo dos anos. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.

Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.
