Pretty House, is not for everyone, if you love standard furnishings, all the same, modern mass-produced, it is not for you. We have created a refuge for those like us (and there are many of us) who love peace, nature, away from the crowds, in a welcoming and traditionally Sardinian environment. . Pretty House is a delightful little house consisting of a large triple bedroom, a double bedroom, two full bathrooms with shower, living room with kitchenette. The property is in the countryside, completely fenced, with a gate that separates it from a small quiet road, which leads to the center of the village of Villamassargia, a 500 meter walk. The jewel of the house is a large veranda in front of the living room / kitchen, inside a 1000 square meter garden full of flowers and plants: vines, olive trees, palms, wisteria and prickly pears. This covered porch is the most desirable for a pleasant summer holiday: outdoor dining with barbecue, comfortable chairs, a sofa and deck chairs for reading, resting and working on your tan. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
