Enjoy the charm of this quiet and centrally located accommodation, its huge terrace with spectacular views of the ocean, beach and harbor. No noise because there are no bars or other businesses in the same building, but close to everything: it is in the Central Beach of Villajoyosa, first line to the sea, in front of the Paseo Marítimo, with many good restaurants nearby, where you can enjoy the excellent local cuisine. With privacy and, at the same time, with neighbors all year round. Well connected and easily accessible.

Picturesque little alleys with colorful houses, a white beach with palm trees, where there is always a place for the beach mat, a beach promenade without much hustle and bustle. Here the vacation can become the most beautiful time of the year! The apartment (30 m²) is located in a charming old town house. Here you still live in real Spanish flair. Exceptional place in the colorful Old Town, a 3 minute walk to the beach. The flat is a few short stairs from the street-level, 20 steps in all. The spacious living room/kitchen opens up to a big terrace with amazing views.
