Exceptional place in the colorful Old Town, a 3 minute walk to the beach. The flat is a few short stairs from the street-level, 20 steps in all. The spacious living room/kitchen opens up to a big terrace with amazing views. This unique accommodation has its own personality. Located on the beachfront with fine sand, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 with a double bed. Completely renovated and equipped. Terrace with spectacular views. Wooden floor, large closets, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nexpreso... South facing, very cool in summer and sunny in winter. Beach center of the town with a wide range of restaurants and pubs. Close to the port and yacht club.

Relax, disconnect and enjoy this wonderful beachfront apartment with wonderful views of the great Cala Varadero and the Puig Campana mountain. The house is very bright, corner, all exterior, newly renovated and very well equipped. It has a swimming pool and a community garden and a free parking space in the building's garage. Living room, dining room, and open kitchen, very spacious and cozy with charming corners for an unforgettable vacation.
