Exceptional place in the colorful Old Town, a 3 minute walk to the beach. The flat is a few short stairs from the street-level, 20 steps in all. The spacious living room/kitchen opens up to a big terrace with amazing views. The house is very bright, corner, all exterior, newly renovated and very well equipped. It has a swimming pool and a community garden and a free parking space in the building's garage. Living room, dining room, and open kitchen, very spacious and cozy with charming corners for an unforgettable vacation.
