Enjoy the charm of this quiet and centrally located accommodation, its huge terrace with spectacular views of the ocean, beach and harbor. No noise because there are no bars or other businesses in the same building, but close to everything: it is in the Central Beach of Villajoyosa, first line to the sea, in front of the Paseo Marítimo, with many good restaurants nearby, where you can enjoy the excellent local cuisine. With privacy and, at the same time, with neighbors all year round. Well connected and easily accessible.

Picturesque little alleys with colorful houses, a white beach with palm trees, where there is always a place for the beach mat, a beach promenade without much hustle and bustle. Here the vacation can become the most beautiful time of the year! The apartment (30 m²) is located in a charming old town house. Here you still live in real Spanish flair. Exceptional place in the colorful Old Town, a 3 minute walk to the beach. The flat is a few short stairs from the street-level, 20 steps in all. The spacious living room/kitchen opens up to a big terrace with amazing views. The flat has recently been refurbished and has: - Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher and an extendable table to eat/work on. - 55" TV - Cosy bedroom (bed 135 cm) with storage space. - Sofabed 110cm, foldable bed 80cm. - Modern shower room.

Relax, disconnect and enjoy this wonderful beachfront apartment with wonderful views of the great Cala Varadero and the Puig Campana mountain. The house is very bright, corner, all exterior, newly renovated and very well equipped. It has a swimming pool and a community garden and a free parking space in the building's garage. Living room, dining room, and open kitchen, very spacious and cozy with charming corners for an unforgettable vacation.
