Exceptional place in the colorful Old Town, a 3 minute walk to the beach. The flat is a few short stairs from the street-level, 20 steps in all. The spacious living room/kitchen opens up to a big terrace with amazing views. The flat has recently been refurbished and has: - Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher and an extendable table to eat/work on. - 55" TV - Cosy bedroom (bed 135 cm) with storage space. - Sofabed 110cm, foldable bed 80cm. - Modern shower room.

The house is very bright, corner, all exterior, newly renovated and very well equipped. It has a swimming pool and a community garden and a free parking space in the building's garage.
