We have tastefully & stylishly renovated one of the oldest farms in the middle of the 300-soul village for you. The pleasant weather of the southern Alps together with your apartment in our house creates the warm ambience for good relaxation & the basis for a stress-free vacation. The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

In a tranquil, small village at the foot of the Karavanke Mountains lies the "Ferienwohnung am Bach" (vacation home by the stream). Bordered by extensive orchards and a small rushing stream, the newly renovated apartment invites you to relax in a quiet environment. Next to the fireplace/barbecue area, the three donkeys Leni, Alpina and Tamara graze. A few chickens and cats are also always on the go.
