We have renovated and expanded this house, which my great-aunt built in the 1960s, over the past two years to live here and continue to give guests the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place. At our Gustlhütte you have the opportunity to do just that - and plenty of time. We have deliberately created a place of peace & serenity, nature and naturalness as well as tradition & authenticity.

Living by the creek

In a tranquil, small village at the foot of the Karavanke Mountains lies the "Ferienwohnung am Bach" (vacation home by the stream). Bordered by extensive orchards and a small rushing stream, the newly renovated apartment invites you to relax in a quiet environment. Next to the fireplace/barbecue area, the three donkeys Leni, Alpina and Tamara graze. A few chickens and cats are also always on the go.

Great view of the lake and the mountains. Calm neighbourhood. The woods behind the house are ideal for hiking. Great for summer if you want to go to the lake and for winter if you like skiing. You are able to reach the closest ski lift in 10 minutes by car. On site parking for up to 2 cars. Space for up to 5 people. There are 2 bedrooms and one pull out couch.
