Excellent apartment with fabulous view. Everything is great - and very clean. They have all the details - from air fresheners to liquid soaps. Honestly, it's wonderful - one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Highly recommended. Juan and Sofia are super friendly and excellent hosts. The building has very good amenities.

Great building great location

The location is good, with nearby markets and easy access to the metro, which made our locomotion a lot easier. The neighborhood felt peaceful to us, although it was not as close to the sights as we thought. Still, the displacement was quick and practical with the subway. The hostess is a dear, very attentive and friendly, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant and quality towels and linens. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, they were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, they were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. I recommend you all to stay.

Amazing place! Can’t describe how beautiful the view was from the apartment! Clean apartment and in a very safe area. Restaurants right around the corner. I needed a pharmacy and it was 2 blocks away. Quiet area , we got great sleep. Casa Rosada, San Telmo and other areas were within walking distance. I definitely recommend this place.

We stayed with a friend, the experience was positive. The place met our expectations: comfortable, equipped and in a great location for getting around the city. Pablo was very kind, always available to answer our questions. I would recommend it especially for the apartment's location and amenities. Something unrelated to the accommodation but worth mentioning is the aggressiveness of the car watchers in the block.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I've visited Paula's apartment in Palermo and it was a very pleasant experience, she is very attentive, the condominium is nice and excellently located, the whole environment is great. the apartment, spectacular, well-lit and very comfortable for tourism or business trips. Excellent studio apartment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to every concern. I recommend it 100% .

This place was perfect! I came to Argentina for a month and - as a bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast - I was looking for a home where I could easily explore the area while cooking for 5-6 meals per day and working 9-5 from my computer remotely. I got exactly what I wanted. Fully functioning kitchen appliances, a washer/dryer in the basement of the building, two bathrooms, and a beautiful space that separates living area from sleeping area. I would absolutely stay here again. Furthermore, I probably WILL stay here again in the future, as it made it so easy for me to work from Buenos Aires like I was home.

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
