Your stay can include traditional home-cooked breakfast and dinner, as well as a tour of the mezcal-making process and a guided tasting. We are located 50 minutes drive from Oaxaca City in the village of Santa Catarina Minas, The cabin is located inside the secure grounds of the palenque . During the day you can observe the mezcal-making process.
