The house offers a lot of comfort and privacy, which allows you to disconnect and enjoy excellent views and spectacular sunsets, being located in a unique point, without houses in front and with few neighboring houses (appearance that distinguishes it). With excellent sun exposure due to its north orientation, it has a heated pool, enabled from October to May (28 to 30º) and a Nordic tub, which can be enjoyed throughout the year, as it has a wood boiler to heat the water.

Amelie is a house with a beautiful view and location in Villa Serrana. It is located a few steps from the Baño de la India, a small dam that produces a symphony of natural sounds, and with a very nice view towards the mountains. To enjoy this view we built a deck where you can share very nice moments with the peace and quiet of nature, as well as the contemplation of a sea of stars. The house also has a stone-built barbecue.
