Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

Excellent apartment, very clean and well-equipped with everything you need to spend a few or even many days staying. The location is excellent and was perfect for my goals! Although not under the owner's management, the nearby street is very busy and noisy! Besides, everything was great!

Great place! We were 10 - two family groups plus other adult friends - and the space was perfect! Large enough to accommodate different groupings in the common areas, etc. Great location with fantastic nearby restaurants, shopping, activities. Fantastic host who was very responsive!

I was very lucky to find Cecilia's place. great location, safe neighborhood, easy access to stores and restaurants. In this apartment I found everything I needed for my stay and I will not hesitate to book it again. Cecilia is a great host always making sure everything goes smoothly.

An excellent choice in Punta Hermosa. The house is in front of the beach, delivery and taxis arrive. It has everything you need: beach, pool, deck (terrace) with grill, furniture for several people, neighbors don't have a problem if you play music. We couldn't have asked for more, thanks Mauricio!

Location is great. Few minute walk for beautiful sunsets every night. Walking distance to so many restaurants. Three level apartment had everything we needed. We loved sitting rooftop and watching the paragliders off the coast. Wi-Fi was excellent and the bed slept excellent. Great value, great place!

Patricia was awesome! She made sure we had information about the surrounding areas, including shopping, walking and exercising nearby. Strongly recommended. Planning to go back to her place next time!

It was a relief to stay in Brenda's clean and modern place after moving from a dirty and old place elsewhere. Great access to everything we needed in the apartment and the neighborhood. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. And, the place held up in the 6.1 earthquake, which was great considering we were on the 23rd floor!!!

Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

We enjoyed our stay at Monica's apartment. The apartment is quite spacious, and includes a washer-dryer (one combined machine so you don't have to move the clothes over). The neighborhood is great too, a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. We also liked that the building has a doorman 24/7 which makes it really safe. They even let us store our luggage there during the day after we checked out (our departing flight wasn't until later in the afternoon). A couple things to be aware of: - There's no AC, which is probably due to Lima's mild climate. This was mostly ok (opening the windows keeps the apartment cool) but could be an issue on hot/sunny days if you prefer a cooler setting. - The windows don't have screens so if you're afraid of heights, don't look down ;). There aren't many bugs in Lima so that wasn't an issue, but it might be good to install screens for more safety. Overall the place was great and Monica was a super responsive and helpful host.

1. The apartment is very safe and close to currency exchange offices and places to buy basic items such as water, etc. (There is a small store 1 block away) 2. At check-out time they allowed us to stay a little longer since our flight was early in the morning. 3. Excellent communication. 4. The spectacular view. 5. The pool is wonderful, a little cold but very good. You must book 24 hours in advance to use it. 6. It could be further improved by placing an additional dryer in the kitchen and perhaps a little sugar, coffee or tea. Also, change the towels after 3 days. 7. Finally, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, IF WE RETURN TO LIMA, WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Great place to get away with the whole family. The owner of the very friendly compound, those in charge of taking care of the house are very attentive and it feels a very safe place to spend it as a family and with the children of the home.

Henry is an excellent host, his home is beautiful and beautifully located. Those who like surf could not ask for more. Legendary Picos like Señoritas and Caballeros very close. The house is not great for family as an unforgettable moment in Punta Hermosa. Wake up with a beautiful front beach already checking the waves when you drink the coffee is priceless. Esper back ready.
