Beautiful apartment and spectacular complex. 100% recommended. Margarita is an excellent host.

The house is great. It's a small room with a kitchen and bathroom that has a small balcony. I was there in May and it was excellent. It's not noisy. The place was very clean and the owner is super kind. They made entry and exit more flexible for convenience. They always responded quickly to everything I asked. Very kind and attentive. The shower is excellent. Very tasty and easy to regulate the temperature. The bed is very comfy. The blackout shades darken the room well. I have nothing to complain about. For me it was perfect. But if you need a large refrigerator, the apartment only has a small minibar (which was enough for me).

Everything was lovely, nice modern apartment and good location in Nueva Cordoba. Great internet speeds too so ideal for working. I enjoyed my stay, would stay again.

The setting is infinitely beautiful. The decor and furniture are somewhat outdated for the type of construction. Nothing modern. I also accepted the rental for what was shown in the photos And it would be great if they provided DirecTV service, since we had rainy days and it was provided to watch movies But, the place deserved all the applause so it's not a complaint but a constructive criticism. Excellent accommodation that not only meets and matches the description, but is even better than in the photos. We had a very nice stay with a great view of Lake Los Molinos. Thanks to Maria and Javier for being available at all times, we hope to return on another occasion.

A beautiful house, well-equipped and above all very comfortable, very cozy. The garden is beautiful and you can hear the river water. The house is even nicer in person, it feels good to be there, but the best part of the whole stay is Marina and Luna (the host and her kitten). They make you feel like it's your home

An incredible experience, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe, ideal for going with babies, as in our case. Regarding the house, it is extremely comfortable, ideal for two families due to the privacy and number of bathrooms. Everything was just like the photos. Cristian was extremely warm and kind, he was in contact throughout the stay for everything we needed. It's a pleasure to rent with hosts like Cristian who make you feel at home. We'll definitely be back, we had an amazing stay.

Francisco's house is very spacious and comfortable. The only complicated thing is the entrance, since the house is in an elevated area and you have to climb up the entrance, which is very steep. Anyway, it's very nice and comfortable. Francisco always responded to all messages very quickly and clearly. Thank you!

The apartment's location is a 10, we got around on foot, very close to everything. It's very nice, clean and tidy. The balcony is beautiful. The only observation is that my son slept on the couch and it was a little hard, but that's all. Our stay was perfect. Thank you so much

The apartment matches the pictures, it was in impeccable condition. Excellent location for walking and touring Villa Carlos Paz, many attractions nearby. We felt very safe in the area at all times. As for Edgar, he was willing to find a solution at all times. Honestly, I would choose this place again another time. Highly recommended.

Everything was a ten, very luxurious and beautiful. I went with my wife on vacation. The only thing was that the garage was very small. My car barely fit. I have a Fiat Cronos and I had to close the mirrors for the car to fit. I know that in Cordoba they drive well and they must be used to it, that's why the space in the garage is small, but the truth is that it's an excellent place. I highly recommend it.
