The place is very nice. If you like downtown, this is a great location. It's pretty quiet too.

There were 3 of us and we felt super comfortable. The apartment is practically new and the views are lovely. It is well equipped and there is a 24-hour security guard. The rooms only have double beds, we wanted one with two small beds but it was not possible, so Beatriz put together a small folding bed that we did not use because the double beds were really very comfortable, we had no problem sharing the bed between two people. We always communicated with Beatriz by messages and although we did not meet her, she was very friendly and gave us information about the neighborhood. We definitely recommend it and would go again.

Fer is a super friendly person, responds quickly and solves everything you ask for! We felt very comfortable in the condominium! It's SUPER safe and there's a lot to do. We regret not taking more advantage of our stay.

This is a pretty comfortable apartment. Location is very good, I went to 'Shopping del Sol' multiple times on foot (8 minutes walking distance). The people working for the building are extremely nice and helpful. I recommend 100% staying at this place.

Our stay at Hugo's place was excellent. The place is spacious and comfortable, we were 4 people and we passed it luxury. In addition, the man in charge of Lugar ( María) is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the place is ideal, close to the most important shoppings in Asunción and in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely be staying at Hugo's place again

I will be returning to my home country of Paraguay & this Airbnb will be my 1st choice, if available! Guillermo’s Airbnb is in central Asunción, minutes away from Calle Palma, Mercado 4, Palacio De López! With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. The apartment is very nice, equipped with all the amenities one may need, the location is very good, minutes from the shopping area in Asunción, very safe to leave the vehicle and quiet.

We stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms – amazing value for the price. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and everything worked as expected. The location is ideal – a 15-minute walk to the old town, with a huge supermarket nearby. The lift was quick and reliable, and the security guard downstairs was lovely – he even helped us get SIM cards for our stay. Nicolás, the host, was responsive and proactive, offering useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The only downside was that the showers didn’t drain properly, leaving both bathrooms wet throughout our stay. Not a major issue, but really quite annoying nonetheless! Overall it’s a great base for exploring Asunción. We’d happily stay again.

I had an incredible stay at this Yasmin Airbnb! The place was spotless, safe, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Its location, just 12 minutes from the mall, was super convenient. Yasmin was amazing—so responsive and attentive, making the entire experience seamless. On top of that, she is an awesome realtor, which was a bonus! The best accommodation I've ever found on AirBNB. As a Brazilian, the first time I was outside the country, I thought I would have difficulty with the place and communication. Txema was an amazing host. Although he did not speak Portuguese fluently, he was very efficient in communication, as well as very kind and thorough in all the information. Always attentive and helpful, he helped us a lot with all kinds of directions Your apartment is impeccable, very nicely decorated and pleasant! There's nothing to talk about! It's perfect! Great beds, super hot showers, everything is new and very neat! A 10! Anyway, impeccable accommodation! I recommend it to everyone who is interested in getting to know Asunción and its surroundings because the location is very strategic, and it is not far from anything.

Excellent apartment! Good location in a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is very nice, fully equipped, with two complete rooms with two double beds and a split in each one, a small balcony with a beautiful view. A car enters the garage quietly, I don't know if it's a van or a long car. And to highlight the building's guards, very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back! 100% recommended!

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.
