Very good place! Great location, close to most important points of Asunción, quiet neighborhood!

My husband and I stayed at Mauro's Airbnb and we loved it, we were impressed with the cleanliness and the view from the balcony. Everything is impeccable and the sunset is breathtaking. We went to sort out documentation and the location was great for what we needed, relatively close to the center and the malls. The Wi-Fi is great, the air conditioning works for cold and hot. We were very happy and satisfied with the accommodation and recommend it.

Small details to improve but in general, a place I would choose again

Modern, clean and well located. In a safe neighbourhood with many restaurants and bars nearby. I have been travelling for 6 months and this is one of the best apartments I have stay in. I felt I could move in and stay much longer.

Beautiful apartment, new with all the amenities to have a good stay, good location, we liked that it has many appliances and nice decoration! Everything was excellent! We would definitely go back!

My husband and I stayed at Daniel's apartment for a month. He was very flexible about our check-in. The apartment was super clean and a very beautiful place to stay. The neighborhood was great. Internet was fast and never went out on us. Absolutely not one complaint about this stay. Highly recommend!

Gustavo’s place was fantastic. Peaceful location, away from the noise of the city. The pool and grounds were lovely, although it was too cold to swim. Washer and dryer were perfect for keeping up with laundry. Overall this was a very tranquil stay and I would absolutely stay here again.

Best place to stay if you like to go walking to find tons of great restaurants and bars. Very close to supermarket options, pharmacy, and basic supplies. The flat is located in one of the trendiest districts of Asuncion. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my week-long stay at this aparthotel. Although I was finally assigned another unit (apartment 1403, one floor below the one listed in the ad), the experience was equally very good and I hope that this review also faithfully reflects the original accommodation. The staff is very professional, the building is very well maintained and everything was clean and comfortable. It is important to know that they do not offer breakfast, but the apartment has an equipped kitchen, which was very practical. The building's structure is that of an old hotel converted into apartments, and I found it ideal for a comfortable and functional stay. In addition, the location in downtown Asunción is very practical to easily get around the city. 🌟 Very good option for those looking for comfort, independence and good service.

Where do I begin? I visited Paraguay for the first time and had such a pleasant stay here for two weeks! The home is located in a very friendly and quiet area, in a wealthy neighborhood and very near all the hot neighborhoods and restaurants! It's very quick and easy to get to the airport (certainly in the middle of the night!). I think the area is just perfect. the home is cute and safe and there is a solid gate that you enter in and out of with a solid key. Easy. Safe. The hosts are so helpful and friendly and there is a very calm and nice cat that lives on the property. Elvira is so helpful with recommendations and any issue with anything or questions about things. I think there are a few different rooms but I had the nice apartment with the yellow bedroom. It's spacious and well fitted with everything you need for relaxing and eating and washing clothes even (but I did use the local laundry!). Thanks for the great stay guys!!!

It was a seamless stay. Nice apartment in a quiet nice area, not far from a mall. There were a few small issues, but Glen's staff quickly remedied it. He's a really nice guy, and made me feel welcomed I would stay again.
