Updated split-level modern home, close to the University of Illinois, Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center, Research Park, great restaurants, grocery stores and it's a quick 5 minute drive to Downtown. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed.

Our space is a sunny bonus room located above the garage of our home which is situated on a beautiful piece of property on the edge of town. Private entrance to the property includes a slightly steeper than normal staircase. Once inside, you will find a large area that includes two double beds, a recliner, work desk, dresser, Smart TV w/ Roku. The large bathroom (shower only) includes fridge, microwave, & K-Cup w/Starbucks coffee pods. Space not suitable for young children. No pets.

We did unfortunately have a decent inconvenience when we checked in (no fault of hers) but she was quick to accommodate us and went above and beyond to make up for it. Wow, this place was exactly what we needed. Total privacy, fresh air, and just the right kind of quiet. The signal was spotty, which honestly made it even better.....we fully unplugged and loved it. The cabin was cozy and stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t get to use the fire pit because it was a bit too windy during our stay, but it looked like the perfect setup for calmer nights. The deck lights up beautifully in the evening, and the stars? Absolutely unreal. With zero light pollution, it was one of the most humbling night skies we’ve seen this year. Great hosts, great spot, great time. We’d come back in a heartbeat.
