I would definitely come back, the apartment is beautiful and Manuel was always attentive to us, the apartment has everything you need, but the balcony is the most beautiful and super nice part, very large!! A simple recommendation is to have an adapter for foreigners, since the plugs in Argentina are very different in comparison, and not having to go out to look for more when the weekend arrives, but otherwise, very satisfied and everything is super nice!!! 🩷🙌🏼 Having a private garage for those of us who go with vehicles is a 100000 🌟 On our next stay in Argentina, we will definitely come back!! Johanna greeted us, showed us the apartment and explained how everything worked. Very kind, even took extra time to talk to us, we got to know each other a little, super good vibes. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, our stay was for 3 people, my partner and my 21-year-old daughter. It's the perfect size and 4 people can fit in comfortably. With a large balcony to be outside, and to hang clothes. Everything works very well. Equipped with the basics of a kitchen to be able to make your meals. Located in the heart of Villa Devoto, less than a block from the square. The neighborhood and building are super safe. The neighbors were very nice, we didn't have a problem. The bed was very comfortable. It had towels, soaps, detergents. We felt right at home! Highly recommended! Thank you very much Mariano and Johanna for the quick communication and how accessible and uncomplicated the whole process was! I hope to be back very soon!

The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The location was excellent, both close to good places and easy to get to others. Easy access to the AEP airport and the streets seemed safe even at night. The apartment is very well preserved, as well as being very cozy and welcoming. The host responded very quickly and promptly resolved a situation with the apartment. I definitely intend to return to the same place when I am in Buenos Aires. Thank you!!!
