Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 min walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The jacuzzi is unavailable from Apr through Oct. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)

It is an old house with many apartments and have a beautiful garden along the courtyard. The loft is recently refurbished to new, it’s place has the necessary amenities to be able to rest quietly. The Loft is part of a house with gardens with plants and armchairs to rest in the patios. Safety is optimal. Although it is close to 2 major avenues, it is away from the noise of the big city. It has all the necessary amenities for pleasant stays. It is a very quiet residential street with very little traffic so you can rest peacefully. It is located 400 meters from the Malabia station of Subway B and 400 meters from the Movistar Arena Stadium.
