Very large home in Palermo close to restaurants and shops. My family and I enjoyed staying in this very comfortable house and our host Nati was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

The house is as described, spacious, very nice and comfortable. Both Luis and Silvia communicated fluently all the time. They gave me my space and privacy and at the same time were very warm in the conversations we had. A very family atmosphere that makes you feel very comfortable at all times. The truth is, it is highly recommended to spend one or more nights if you need to be in the Martinez area.

This was a great group AirBnB! The location was great and Natalia was super responsive with any issues / inquiries we had. The kitchen is on the third floor but we didn’t really use it - so many great restaurants around! A ton of bathrooms - first floor has three of the bedrooms with each a bathroom - second floor has two rooms and one bathroom. Great stay!!!

I am writing as the mother of a twenty-year-old studying abroad at University of Belgrano, since I booked this airbnb for him after a not-great homestay experience. Mile and Martine were wonderful hosts. My son felt welcomed and cared about, which made me happy. The apartment has friendly dogs, friendly hosts, a shared kitchen (my son practiced his cooking there), and an interesting, walkable neighborhood. I highly recommend this listing!

My arrival was easy from the airport, Andrea kept in touch with me and whenever I needed different kinds of recommendations she helped me. She is a very nice person, very direct (which is appreciated), respectful and kind. The common areas were very clean, the house is beautiful and so is the area. His puppy Felipe is a delight, very clean, happy and respectful. I would stay again, if it is necessary to know that the train passes literally next to the house, the first few days it is difficult to get used to the noise, but then you don't even notice it. The area is very safe!

It's a very cozy place to spend a few days in the city. The unbeatable location. There was juice and welcome pudding, as well as tea and coffee, which reflects Fiore's attention to her guests. She is very empathetic. I would come back without hesitation.

Maggie was a delight, and the place was very comfortable. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. Maggie and her daughter offered me coffee and mate in the morning and we had nice conversations. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They gave me suggestions of places to go around the area and were very kind and interesting to talk to. I stayed at Monica's during my stay in Buenos Aires and I couldn't have chosen a better place. From the first moment, I was greeted with a unique warmth. The house of Maggie and Frida is very inviting for us guests to relax and socialize with other guests. They also have plenty experience hosting people during the Lollapalooza events so the recommendations are really welcomed. Finally, Maggie and Frida are really attentive and gentle with the guests, I felt really at home there and the environment was really cool and friendly. This is definitely a good place to be while attending to the festival!

It was a blessing to have stayed where Patricia and Alejandro. Both are excellent people, warm in the treatment, friendly and attentive to everything so that the stay is phenomenal, also facilitating tourist and route information. It is one of those places one visits and never wants to leave. The stay is quite spacious, complete and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute for a walk or run. You really feel very happy and at home. I would definitely come back again and definitely recommend to stay for any reason.
