The apartment is wonderful, equal or better than on the photos. The condominium is beautiful and has a great restaurant within walking distance. The view from the apartment is breathtaking! Furniture, utensils, bedding, everything spotless. And to improve, the receptivity of Nuno, who helped us in absolutely everything, even with local tips. It was a week to remember. We love it and want to go back.

It was my first stay in Bariloche and the accommodation has an unbeatable location if you go by car, close to everything you need and in a very pleasant environment. The place is comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for rest and enjoyment. The view from the accommodation is really beautiful, a great plus that made the experience even more special. In addition, the hosts were always very friendly and available for any questions or needs. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

Apartment with incredible view of Lake Nahuel Huapi. It's a pity that when we were there, there was a crane almost in front of us, disrupting the view a little. The place is large and comfortable. Excellent, large beds, bed and bath linens as well. Great heating. Negative points: I found the entrance/exit of the condominium with qrcode to be impractical, as it did not work several times. The parking lot inside the condominium is very dark and deserved lighting, especially in a cold period like the one we went through, it was difficult to maneuver the car. I would suggest leaving more trash bags in the place and I found the staircase and some parts of the house with a lot of dust (it may even be from other construction sites nearby). In addition, very tasteful and comfortable. I highly recommend it

As shown in the photos of the publication... the views from the apartment stand out. We had already contacted them weeks before and they sent us all the information to enter easily and conveniently. Friendly and quick response from both Eugenia and Mauro, a 10 for service! Upon arrival there was a problem with access to the garage but they already had a plan B to give us and they solved it quickly and practically. Great location! Everything as we expected and more! Our stay was amazing. Arriving at your place of rest and finding the facilities fully heated with an unbeatable view, was undoubtedly one of the things that favored the enjoyment of the stay in its entirety. Nidia was very friendly at the reception and when we handed over the house again. According to my son: "Better view than some hills." Watching the sunrise, sunset and dusk with different nuances depending on the weather was magical. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

Our entire stay in Brian and Carla's apartment was excellent, from check-in until we left. Everything is clean, modern and equipped. Beautiful views and everything as promised. We had a problem with the burners, which they fixed very quickly.

After seeing dozens of Airbnbs in the area (I'm very meticulous when selecting) I decided on this one because of the beautiful photos. Once inside, it exceeds expectations instantly. The apartment is breathtaking and the views are amazing. Very clean, tastefully decorated and tidy. The layout in the house is impeccable, with the giant, endless window overlooking the lake. A constant feeling of being in a little paradise. Communication with the hosts was instant and super friendly and helpful. My parents and I had a fantastic time, would recommend it to anyone and would always come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Bariloche. The apartment was spacious and warm with a wonderful view. The building itself is immaculately maintained, and located right near two good restaurants and a supermarket. We had a rental car so having parking here was great as parking in the town itself was very difficult.

Excellent, both Betina and her family were always there to help us with everything, very kind and with a good attitude. As for the space, it's very warm and cozy, it's very nice, much more than in the photos, it has a privileged view and the area where it is located is very quiet, ideal for resting, I recommend going by car. We'll definitely be back.

The best thing about the apartment is the incredible view we had: the dream of the lake house😍. Martin was very attentive and flexible with checkout. The instructions were clear. The apartment is great and the kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to make their own breakfast and even other meals. It is the best place for those who want peace and to enjoy the natural beauty of Patagonia.

The apartment is very comfortable, the view is incredible. We stayed 4 people, the bed in the room is huge, 3 people fit very well, and then there is a sofa bed. We were greeted by Caro, who always communicated with me! It's definitely a place to go back. Thank you for your attention!!!

We stayed for a week at Ernesto's house, the truth that met all our expectations. Ernesto always well predisposed. Their park is always clean and tidy. The house was just as we saw in the listing.

I had a great experience at this location! The apartment has a great view of Playa Bonita and the Nahuel Huapi Lake, and the location allows one to enjoy much of what Bariloche has to offer—from great local restaurants to gorgeous hikes and nature walks. Wanda and Carla were both extremely friendly and responsive; Carla made the check-in process seamless, made me feel at home right away, and was quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment was also clean and was well stocked with cooking supplies. I would certainly recommend staying here! Thanks for everything.
