It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will find everything you need. A private terrace overlooking a leafy bank overlooking the river. The solarium with clothesline above the house, the patio, the pool and barbecue, eventually you will share them with me.

Very spacious and comfortable house, with Wi-Fi and air conditioning to enjoy relaxing. Ideal for 6 adults and 8 children or teenagers to share. Suitable for children and infants. Not suitable for parties. Located in a very quiet residential complex without noise. Essential and as a rule of the house, no noise is allowed in the garden, no speakers or music are allowed outside.
