I will definitely be back! This location is great! We were able to experience the fall colors. Right on the water with great experience for sunset/sunrise. The cabin was extremely clean. Mick and Lollie provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, places to eat, activities, and pictures to show the space. It was a great experience!!

Wonderful home in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin. Great location and cabin. Hosts were wonderful also. We had a great stay, everything was as described. Would definitely stay again.

Tim and Roxanne were the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with and their place is truly spectacular. It was a privilege to stay there. It is beautiful, peaceful and such an idyllic setting! They also keep their place in tip top shape and have everything you could ever need available for you. Hammocks, boats, bikes… whatever you need. We’ve stayed at a ton of rentals up north as well as internationally, and none come close to staying with Tim and Roxanne at their place. Plus, the lake is pristine and private to the twenty some property owners that have a home on it. Great fishing, clear water and even some sandy spots. Oh, and Al Capone’s brother owned a house on this lake, so there’s a lot of cool history too. So glad we found this place…. Thanks Tim and Roxanne!

Thank you for such a wonderful time! The deck was beautiful to watch the lake and the house was so clean and cozy. Loved the trails to walk for the dogs. Such great nice people ! Highly recommend!!

This cozy cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway. The space is ample to relax and unwind inside after enjoying the great outdoors. We utilized the row boat rental and private pier to do some fishing. The sunrise over the lake and wildlife scenery was beyond beautiful.

This was my family's 2nd time staying. The home is very comfortable and enough space for my family and our dog. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great fishing lake. Peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. Close to local shopping. We will not hesitate to stay again!

Great communication easy to find, everything was in order when we got there. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful about information on the trails. Easy access to the lake.

Our family of four decided to book a few nights at Sandy Point Resort for a place to get away between baseball tournaments and we are so glad we did!! We booked our stay at the Karibu cabin several months back. At the time, all of the other cabins were already booked. Karibu is the oldest cabin on the property, and also the only remaining cabin from the original five, but this place has been taken care of throughout the years and felt cozy despite its age. Just a heads up, the cabins at this resort do not have air conditioning, but the temps around this area are usually pretty mild with plenty of trees for shade. You really can't beat this place with all of the added amenities that are included with your stay. For disc golfers, this place is perfect with its 27-29 hole disc golf course complete with two or three baskets per hole and large pro shop. During our stay there was also a random doubles league night to join in on. Our boys really enjoyed the lake and spending time with the kayaks and paddleboards and jumping off of the rave bouncer in to the water. We even had a calm, clear night to view the milky way and see the stars reflecting off of the water. Michele and Mike topped off our experience by being such amazing hosts. We can't recommend this place enough for a relaxing and fun getaway to the Northwoods!!

it's a cozy cabin however the photos don't do it justice on how small it is not knocking anything from that but the rooms were a bit small and the bath and kitchen were tiny everything was clean and well maintained and had a really good view of the lake if you do have four adults it might be a little on a small side there is no electric outlet in the bathroom so ladies you will have to bring a mirror to be able to dry hair in the living room the cabin is close to downtown so definitely a good plus there

The place was very clean and all the instructions on how to get in were clear. The hot tub was great and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was also stocked with pots and pans for cooking, and the wifi was surprisingly good.

My friends and I had a great stay at Dan’s place. It was clean and accurate to the pictures. It was a great spot for us to hang out between stops in the Minocqua area. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect “Northwoods” place. Had everything needed to enjoy a week of relaxation. Did have a scare upon arrival as my navigation system took me to the wrong place at first - let’s just say James’s place is much nicer than where navigation stopped me initially. The road to the cabin was a bit bumpy but kind of added to the experience. Overall, a great stay!

Roberta was a joy to work with and made sure all our questions were answered as well as making sure our stay was exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to book the cabin again! Very clean, cozy and updated. Thank you Roberta!

Dave was very nice and told us all the good fishing spots. The cabin was so peaceful and quiet. I really didn't want to leave. He was very good with responding and the cabin was very clean. We will definitely be going back!

We had a wonderful week. The cabin was beautiful and provided everything we needed for our large family. You can tell the owners take a great deal of pride in their home and providing a great experience for their clients. The kids/grandkids loved the many water toys (kayaks, paddle boat, lilly pad, etc.) that were provided for our use. The outside areas are just beautiful and we enjoyed a campfire each night during our stay. The cabin provided a number of different living areas and the grandkids especially loved the basement and the toys that were provided. Communication with the owner was incredible. He was so helpful with any questions/concerns we had and made our stay seamless. We loved everything about our stay and give it our highest recommendation.

Jim was extremely responsive to our messages and resolved problems quickly. The lodge itself is beautiful with a great lakefront. We had a wonderful time!

This was our 3rd year staying at Jenifer’s home and it was just as amazing this year as it was the past years! The home is very clean and had everything we needed to feel like it was our own home. Can’t wait to come back next year for another great vacation!

Bill had to clean the home himself because his cleaning person cancelled at the last minute! He was very friendly and did his best to get finished as quickly as possible since we had arrived while he was still working. My grandsons loved being able to play with the trucks and toys in his garage, and we loved being able to rent the pontoon for the week...it was definitely a highlight! The house is very private and comfortable...

Our stay at Evan's house was amazing and very relaxing. The spacious layout provided generous room for everyone to relax. The access to kayaks and paddle boats made our time on the water fun, and the option for boat rental allowed us to explore even further. The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking a breeze, and we had an amazing time tubing and enjoying bonfires under the stars. With exceptional communication from our host Evan, this place is the perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

Had a fantastic time in Minoqua, the cabin had everything we needed and the game room was perfect at the end of the day! Loved the mornings with a great view on the lake, and close to downtown Minoqua so there was lots to do close by!
