The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy the exclusive use of the entire property and the breathtaking scenery that will make for a unique and relaxing stay. The house, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, is the result of the reconstruction of a 19th century winery and offers the essential facilities for a peaceful holiday. There are two outdoor patios, a large stone table and a barbecue. The swimming pool is set in the vineyards.

The “Casa do Feitor” is a part of an old house in Quinta do Vilar, located in the Douro Valley. You'll be surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees and vegetable gardens. There are farm animals and a mediterranean forest with oak, cork oak and arbutus trees. This is an eco-system which we look after with the utter most love and respect. It's our mission to honour, regenerate and preserve this system by respecting its identity including all the elements which take part in it.

The cottage sits within a fully operational wine & fruit farm offering a first hand view into a local farming operation while enabling rest & relaxation.

Quinta de Recião is intended to welcome those who like to enjoy nature in its most genuine expression: the melody of silence interrupted by the singing of birds, the gentle lapping of the waters of the waterfalls and the bucolic sound of a mill, which invites us to fall asleep and dream of the paradise called Recião. We have breakfast and dinner as an additional service, both subject to availability.
