Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà 20 minutes from St Martí d 'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space where you can make barbecues, swimming pool, table tennis, billiards, indoor fireplace, several areas to eat and relax, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and an interior patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set to have a good stay without having to leave home.

A modern bathroom features elegant green herringbone tiles and dual oval mirrors framed in gold. A spacious shower with a rainfall showerhead is seen behind glass. Sufficient lighting illuminates the area, while a heated towel rack is located near the entrance.

Independent entrance, own bathroom with air con on 1st floor with stairs. Next to the bedroom is a room with settee, table, chairs, toaster and kettle, fridge. there is no tv. the settee converts in a bed for a 3 rd person, it is right in the center of town, with all amenities close by. in Figueres center all parking is paying. but I will send you info on where you can park for free at a reasonable distance. You can come to mine to drop your bags for ease. Room and bathroom newly restaured.

Miguel’s home is as advertised - spacious with a unique character. We enjoyed the time that we spent here so much that we extended our stay. Miguel is a gem of a host. He made us feel welcome and offered us some food & drink supplies as we reached his home late in the evening and he wanted to save us the trouble of making a trip to the supermarket after having endured a long travel that day. His breakfast spread was another highlight. On the last day he offered a bagged breakfast as we were leaving rather early to catch our flight. While the stay is away from the beach, we would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Girona/Cadaques/Barcelona.

I had a wonderful time staying in Ester's place. The room was just as described, and the terrace was a nice addition. Very well located, you can walk to most attractions or catch a bus at a bus stop 5 min away from the accommodation. The communication with Ester was perfect, she was very responsive and helpful. If I ever visit again, I am definitely staying here.

We could repeat everything that has already been said. But simply….We had an absolutely great stay, and Delmar was totally charming and welcoming. Difficult not to run out of superlatives. We know the area well, and were visiting several Spanish friends nearby, so it worked perfectly for us. Very convenient for visiting centre of Figueres, but also for trains and buses - we had a glorious day in Girona, and the station is a short walk away. If you stay here and plan to come back, don’t wax too lyrically - ‘cos, quite rightly, it might be booked up!
