Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Vila Franca de Xira

Our host Sophia was extremely helpful and always responsive. My family had a wonderful time visiting Lisbon. The house was very comfortable for our family of eight. We would highly recommend this bnb for any family visiting Portugal!

Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. Very good host! She welcomed us with a lot of information and good recommendations for restaurants and tours of Lisbon. The cleaning was impeccable. However, there was a smell of moisture present. Maybe just the concrete buildings that cause this, that we're not used to this smell in Quebec. The little private area is inviting! Thank you Annabella for your warm welcome!

A very nice house with a nice swimming pool. A 10-minute drive from the beach and a short half hour to the center of Lisbon. The owner is easily accessible and answers all the questions you have and can also give all kinds of tips on what to do.

Wow what a lovely host Vera is, so helpful and gave us lots of suggestions on what to do. We stayed for a friend’s wedding and the location is perfect (but you maybe need a car as not many taxis) A beautiful surrounding with vineyards and greenery ♥️

Wow what a place! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and didn’t want to leave. Francisco was fantastic, checking and making sure all was ok and that we arrived and settled in ok. Lovely to arrive to wine, jam, cookies and cheese along with receipting fresh bread most mornings from the baker. I got some great runs in around the area and felt perfectly safe whilst out on my runs. Thank you Francisco for the perfect holiday.

Thank you for the lovely stay in Lisbon in a very nice apartment with comfortable master bed, great view from the balcony with wonderful view. Great kitchen, exciting furniture with history. In the windowless, small bathroom, it quickly becomes very stuffy, but still well equipped for the size.

Our stay with Artur in the Sun and Castleview Apartment was nothing short of wonderful. Artur and his parents were welcoming, friendly, and had clear communication. The apartment was clean and easy to access many Lisboa sites and neighborhoods. You do need to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment but that didn’t bother us. The view and accommodations are well worth the steps. The personal welcome from Artur’s family, wine, pastries, orange juice (for our underage child), and coffee made us feel welcome and right at home. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Rafael's apartment. It was a fully equipped apartment that was very comfortable, exactly as described, spotlessly cleaned (maintained by a cleaning lady once a week) and in a beautiful residential area. Rafael was also lovely to communicate with, very helpful and always making sure we were ok. We'll be staying at this apartment in the future too!

We had an amazing 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment! From the moment we booked, the host was extremely responsive and helpful—quick to answer any questions and even allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is stunning, with gorgeous decorations that make it feel both stylish and comfortable. It’s located in an incredible neighborhood right in the heart of Alfama—perfect for exploring on foot. We loved all the food, drink, and shopping recommendations provided; every place we tried was fantastic. Overall, it was a perfect home base for our trip. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment, amazing view and plenty of space. We had just two of us but there would be loads of room if four people were staying. Balcony was the main draw for us, and the air con around the apartment made it even better in the heat. Filipa was super helpful when we arrived, showing us how everything worked and leaving us with tips for the neighbourhood. Highly recommend!

We felt very welcomed by the owner and the apartment's amenities, safe, quiet and pleasant, it was a great choice!

The place was just as advertised with a beautiful view from the windows. The main city center was about 20 min walk with so many shops and restaurants along the way. We were able to check in a little early since we arrived early by plane, which made it so easy so we didn’t have to haul our luggage around. Carmen was great at explaining everything and we had everything we needed in the unit. We were even surprised with fresh fruit and pastries, and some beer and juice in the fridge. We would HIGHLY recommend a stay here.

From booking to leaving we could not fault the hosts or property. Before arriving the host answered all our questions - we had concerns about getting around as we chose not to hire a car, host reassured us Uber etc would work out fine for us, even for a supermarket run. He was correct, we had no issues at all and rates are very reasonable. The property was beautifully clean and equipped, a lovely welcome basket awaited us. Hosts messaged a couple of times during our 5 night stay to check we had everything we needed. Nice quiet neighbourhood. We had a lovely relaxing stay. Can’t fault it. Thank you!

We had the most amazing stay at this villa! We were a group of 16 friends and the space was absolutely perfect for us—spacious, super clean, and really well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short taxi to beautiful beaches and some great beach bars. 20 mins to the centre of Lisbon. What made our stay even more special was the host. So friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Star went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and connected us with the loveliest Chef to cook for us one evening. Highly recommend this place for large groups looking for a sunny getaway. We’d definitely come back! 🌞🏖️

We were a group of 23 people and this house was absolutely perfect for us. The beds and sofa are insanely comfortable; the house never felt crowded, despite there being 23 of us there; the BBQ + pool ties the whole house together. 10/10 would strongly recommend choosing this as your destination for your next large group get away! The team were also super responsive to any and all communications, and were very accommodating to our needs.

Elsa is a great Host, just like her incredible villa. From the booking, through the arrival to our departure, we were accompanied with kindness and benevolence throughout this experience. The house is ideal for hosting a large family, or groups. We had an extraordinary stay, in complete privacy, in this spacious and comfortable place. We stayed at Joaquim Manuel’s house for one week, we had a great time. The house and the pool are really good. Joaquim’s made some restaurant and shops recommendations which was very helpful. We will definitely go back
