Amazingly located / 1 minute away from train station and subway station !! Charming 2 bedroom apartment, 85 SQM, located on the 5th floor in an elegant 1930's building with an elevator. The place has 2 bathroom (One with a shower, the other with a bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The apartment was recently renovated but the original wood floor and fire place were kept. NO PARTIES NO ILLEGALS ACTIVITIES ALLOWED, OR NOISE AFTER 10. I AM LIVING IN THE BUILDING.
