Perfect for 2 adults + 1 child, it consists of a sofa bed for 2 people and a bed for 1 person. It's the perfect spot for a movie-comfort stay for families or couples. Parking is on the street at the "peripheral zone" rate (8 hours max for €3.20 / Free from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m.)

Tout le charme que vous attendez d'une conversion d'une très ancienne propriété française. Nous avons des poutres apparentes, des caractéristiques originales et beaucoup de charme naturel. Nous fournissons tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable. Une cuisine entièrement équipée, la literie et les serviettes sont fournies et il y a une télévision dans le salon avec TV. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et des lits d'enfant et des chaises hautes sont disponibles.

Room (for a woman because the roommate is a student) in a loft, to share. Ideally located 300 meters from the Baptistery and Saint John's Cathedral, 7 minutes' walk from the town hall. In front of the house: the bus to the campus (10 min) and the Futuroscope (30 min). The loft, refurbished with its original style, has two bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. There's also a common garage with original cobblestones to drop off your bikes.

Spacious and quiet apartment to welcome you (1st floor). River nearby. Futuroscope is a 15-minute drive and medieval Poitiers is 15 minutes away. The apartment is accessible by car to unload luggage and parking is free 50 m away. Walking tours, in this peaceful and bucolic environment, are a must. Shops are within a 5-minute drive. 2 large beds. There is no kitchen but an equipped dining area that will allow you to prepare food.

Hi. I rent my maisonette, located in Buxerolles, for a minimum of one night with free parking and terrace at the entrance and another on the kitchen side. ⚠️ Bed linen and bath towels not included, an additional 20 euros if I provide them to you. ⚠️ CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED.
