In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Sofa bed in the living room and separate bedroom with 140 bed. Find 5 minutes (on foot) the first restaurants and especially 2 accesses to the beaches, central or that of the oaks!

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

A stone's throw from the ocean beaches and the Landes forest, our house is located in the village of Saint Girons. Freshly renovated, you will find all the comfort for 12 people. Great for holidays for families or with friends. The large heated pool ( 5/15-15/09 depending on the weather) and the exteriors are perfect for relaxing and having fun. A barbecue and a plancha will allow you to prepare a good meal to enjoy around the large table, in the shade of the pergola
