Vacation rentals with a patio in Viejo San Juan, San Juan Antiguo

It was a calm and peaceful stay. The apartment was spotless and the neighborhood was quiet. It is close to a lot of places so it is a very convenient place to stay. The apartment was so pretty and looked like the pictures.

The accommodation is as shown in the photo and description. Everything was very clean and organized. Ileana was very nice when she welcomed us and left us a little gift. We'll be back ✨

I come to San Juan once or twice a year to get a break from the local climate where I live which can be a bit rainy and cool. I love San Juan as a getaway and this accommodation was superb as it was central to everything in San Juan, had a nice deck to sit on, had a really nice and properly stocked kitchen, and was overall extremely comfortable! The host Kiara would check in to make sure all was going well and was very responsive, I was really happy to have stayed here!

LaRhonda was an amazing host!! She had such amazing decor to her home, provided extra things like beach supplies and even a welcoming letter for myself and other guests. Everything was comfortable, clean, and smelling good, she also provided us with information on places we could visit that were close in the area as well! I even used the beautiful balcony to help my daughter ask her now girlfriend to be her official girlfriend, everything was perfect! The only con for us were the stairs leading to the front door, they were a bit steep. We’re heavy packers so we had to be extra careful hauling our luggage up to the second floor. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well maintained home ☺️!!

Manish was gracious and hospitable. The accommodations were very comfortable and completely met our group's needs. We loved the vibe of the space. The decor and art work were well thought out and the Samsung Frame TV is something to see. The adjustable brightness mirrors were a special bonus for the girls in the group and we all appreciated having games available for our down time. We also took full advantage of the turntable and vinyl albums while watching the activity on the street below from the private terrace. On another note, we had the opportunity to tour the apartment one floor below us which was also beautiful and well-furnished with extra details including beach chairs, umbrellas and a great breakfast bar overlooking the city. Both units included full sized washer and dryers which definitely came in handy. We highly recommend Manish's accommodations to anyone looking to explore Old San Juan.

This place was wonderful. It was right outside the city. Peaceful and quite. We had a great time and will always recommend to the rest of family and friends.

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Place beautifull I and CLEAN

Glenys was a great host. Very attentive, and responds fast when needed. Location was amazing. The perfect distance outside of the touristy areas where you can get a local PR feel while still being around close to just about everything. Great stay overall.

Airbnb at a very prime spot. Very close to the beach, it is walkable. Kat gave us super recommendations for local beaches and cafes. Would definitely recommend this place.

The place has a large space, with a pool and entertainment. It has a good location because it is close to the airport. It is a family and residential neighborhood. By car it is very close to Isla Verde. The house is very comfortable. It has two bathrooms, one inside and one outside, and ample parking space.

Good place to stay. Very clean and spacious. The neighbors have a loud bird that You will hear pretty much all day but other than that it was an amazing stay.

Loved my stay here , host was super responsive and helpful , place looked exactly like the pictures and very clean , beautiful area.

Fantastic stay for 7 days! The most responsive host, very safe, private, beautiful home. ACs throughout, plenty of home supplies, towels, blankets, etc. plenty of seating outside, pool, pool table, outdoor bathroom, laundry room, the list goes on. Our absolute favorite thing to do was sit outside to watch tv and listed to the beautiful coqui at night with the breeze blowing. And the home is only 1/2 mile from Walgreens, Marcos, Church’s, etc. We cooked several meals and didn’t miss not having an oven. We loved the security gate with remote, and cameras outside - it provided even additional comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Calix again!!!

Robert was extremely gracious, very accommodating, helpful in directing us to the local spots. My family and I would definitely come back if we are in the area. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

Great place to stay host was very nice and checked if we needed anything half way through the trip would recommend any couple or solo traveler to stay here

I stayed there from Monday-Thursday. My stay was amazing and safe! It was super clean and very well designed and decorated (Leon's wife has a great eye/touch) It was so close to the beach, pool, basketball court. The Gym was a big plus as well. Leon the host, was attentive, professional and responsive even before my arrival via the Airbnb App. I highly recommend this comfortable, warm place!!! Thank you Leon & wife. m.s.

The place was beautiful, elevators worked quickly, she had everything we needed to accommodate us for the beach. The place was clean and was perfect for us. Would love to come again

I loved everything about this place! Great location you have everything that you need walking distance and is beautiful. The place is clean and very spacious for two people. Kiara shared some great recommendations and was very responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Mariels apartment is perfectly situated and very safe, close to the historical sights and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was quiet as it is situated inside a quadrant with a relaxing fountain. There were extra amenities that really helped, shampoo, washing powder, coffee etc. The apartment was very clean and neat. From the road look for double white doors. The locks are a bit tricky and the doors heavy, good security. We will be back.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

Alejandro’s apartment was beautiful, clean, safe, and comfortable. We loved that we could walk to the beach, restaurants, and market, while Old San Juan was a short Uber away. The balcony was great for morning coffee. As Alejandro noted, you’re in a city and the neighborhood is quite active. The highway, roosters, dogs, and music can be heard at all hours and suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

The host was friendly and responsive. The place was nice with a little balcony. Restaurants and stores were all walking distance. The pool was a plus, there were tables and seatings available to hang out at. I love the fact that she provided two beach towels, two beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach bag for you to use. There’s a beach a few blocks down, less than ten minute walk. There was also sunblock and aloe vera in the drawers which is great, especially with the hot weather. Piñones was less than 10 minutes to get to if you wanna get a quick bite or sit down and eat.
