It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

The Air bnb was just as described. Modern and clean with an oceanfront beautiful view. I loved the extra added security which requires the key to move the elevator. Ubers were less than $10 which allowed us to get out often. It was a great location to travel to other hot spots in less than 30 minutes. I would only suggest for guests staying more than 2 nights a possible change of sheets but we survived. Enjoy the bottle of moscato we left, and thank you again for opening up your home.

Book it. If you think you need to see more options, you dont! This is THE PLACE TO STAY. What an increible few days we had. Harry’s home is exactly like the photos, and absolutely everything you need is available. There is water available to you in the fridge upon arrival, but if you need any more supplies the supermarket is just a short walk away. Nothing beats waking up to that view and being right on the beach. The balcony, the chairs, the hammock, the bed, the tv, the Breville coffee machine, the bathroom, THE SHAMPOO BODY WASH AND CONDITIONER 10/10!!! We’ll be talking about this place for a while. I will definitely be back to this apartment in Isla Verde. Thank you again for a magnificent stay!!!

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great place! Easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Super clean, nice view from balcony, and simple instructions to get inside building. No complaints definitely recommend!!

I have stayed in Condado before. Patricia's place is a hidden gem 😊 Place is bigger than on the pictures. Which was a pleasant surprise. Patricia made every effort to make our stay comfortable, she was very responsive and proactive. Thank you so much.

This place was very clean, smelled great, and comfortable. There were 4 of us stayed at this place and it was perfect for us. Having a stove and microwave was very helpful. The Roku tv was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

good host and good place to stay

The place was spacious and it had everything we needed. Gate to enter building and door locks to unit made us feel pretty safe. Very close to Escambron Beach, Old San Juan, and airport, which gave us time to do other things. The surrounding area is part of a revitilization project which will enhance location even more.

We had such a wonderful time at J B’s place! The location was fantastic - a block from the beach and on the street itself there were so many great restaurants and spots to check out (including a grocery store across the street!) while still feeling quiet and private. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the kitchen, dining table and washer dryer were all great for making ourselves feel right at home. The host was so proactive and responsive, providing quick and helpful responses and suggestions (and even did a toilet paper delivery!) Also gracious in giving us some extra time for checkout to enjoy a bit more before we had to head home which was very kind. Would definitely go back!

Freddy was very friendly, helpful and kind to us though out our stay there, he was also giving us helpful recommendations on what to do and where to go, we felt very welcome and safe at his place, we would definitely come and stay at his place again when we come back🙏

Staying here was a dream! A great little pool and beach access right out the door - what else could you ask for! The apartment was equipped with all you need for your beach hang stay. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery. Short Ubers around San Juan. Super responsive host before and during stay. Will caution that there was some form of construction every week day during my stay - but I don’t blame the host in that; it’s just communal living. But will forward the caution that if you want to sleep past 8 during the week and it will ACTUALLY bother you - this might not be the place for you until that completes (personally, I just went and napped at the pool lol!)

I love the 24 hour security which helped me feel safe goi g in and out of the building. I love the key fob which was so easy to use going in and out of the busking. Took advantage of some pool time and the washer and dryer as well.

Very convenient location, perfect for a couple trip. The host was responsive and helpful with the questions we had.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Perfect for our 3 night stay in San Juan. Ray is a great host & the condo is clean & well kept.

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Josem was an amazing host from start to finish. The location was great, the room was spotless. The pool was amazing as well. High recommend and will definitely be staying here again.
