Driftwood Cottage

LyndaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Driftwood Cottage was the perfect base for our holiday to Shetland. We don't think we could have found anywhere better on the Islands! It exceeded our expectations. The cottage had everything we needed, with so many thoughtful additions too. We loved the colourful and eclectic decoration. There was plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting room and a restful bedroom. The large walk-in shower, with plenty of hot water, was great! The location is amazing! We had views out across the sea and Shetland ponies next door. We even had a curlew in the garden one day! We had some wild weather during our stay, and Driftwood Cottage was a warm, welcoming and peaceful place to retreat to, after a day of rain and gales! It was definitely a home-from-home.

The Nurses House Annexe

LouiseRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed in this lovely peaceful spot for two nights. It is in a good location to explore Yell and Unst with scenic views towards the little harbour. The Annex had everything we needed to self cater on both days. Lindsay and her husband John were both helpful and friendly on arrival and departure.
