The accommodation perfectly matches the listing. The road is certainly steep but very passable and wide, there are other houses throughout. Very nice lunch on the terrace. Good location for visiting the area. Alain and his wife are concerned that the stay goes smoothly.

We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. A villa where when we walk through the front door, we already feel at home :) everything is done, so that we feel good. Everything is planned down to the last detail, nothing is missing. The villa is really located in an exceptional place. Perfect communication with the host or co-host. The host was very accommodating whether for the check-in time or the check-out time. I'd recommend it without a second thought. Nothing to say but: perfect.

We stayed in this well-maintained house over the long Easter weekend. The view is wonderful and the pool area is great for enjoying the outdoors! The house worked well for our group of two families. The only surprising thing was that the basic necessities were very scarce - we ran out of toilet paper and there were only two dish washer tablets for a group of 7 persons for three nights. Luckily the communication with the host was always fast and smooth! The location is peaceful and private and we’d be happy to return one day.

Philippe's Gassin Airbnb is a little paradise away from home. First, Philippe is the most responsive, warm, and friendly host I have ever encountered. My wife and I were planning a rather complicated several country European trip and he took the time to answer our MANY questions prior to booking. He was also just as responsive after booking! The home itself is EXACTLY as described and even better as the pictures cannot do the view and serenity of this home any justice. The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. you can tell the home is professionally cleaned between guests. Check in was a breeze. Philippe has also thought ahead for his guests. You'll find a book that answers any question you could ever have and provides a guide to the area that would rival any hotel. If you're looking for a place in the area and you've found Philippe's listing, please just hit book. I promise you won't regret it. If 6 stars were possible he would get 8.

Great stay, the apartment is very well located, the view is extraordinary, and you feel very good in this accommodation. Only thing to consider: the bed is quite small and not ultra comfortable, but the apartment is still a very good place to stay in the south!

An ideal location for our Rosé road trip! Lorgues centre is a 5 min walk, and has some lovely wine bars and restaurants, and a Tuesday market that’s well worth a visit. So many things to see and do in the wider area, but for us it was all about the Rosé. Maison Mirabeau in the lovely Cotignac a 30 min drive west, Chateau D’Esclans and Chateau Des Demoiselles and its excellent food truck a 30 min drive east. Susy is a super responsive host, and the pool is a real bonus!

My partner and I had a lovely stay here in the south of France. The pictures did the air BnB no justice, the place was bigger than the photos and was pristine inside. The area was quiet and peaceful just what we wanted whilst celebrating our friends wedding in the castle nearby. The hosts communication and English was amazing. They gave us local taxi numbers and helped us organise a taxi to airport. Beautiful accommodation with stunning views of the Gulf of Saint Tropez Great location Quiet residential complex with real assets (swimming pools, air conditioning) Aurelie is very welcoming and the accommodation was clean with a mention of Very good for the sheets that smelled like laundry and fresh!

Martin's accommodation is perfect for day trips both to the mountains and the sea. The view is breathtaking and Martin is super hospitable. He gave us great tips and no question was too much for him. Top hosts and top stay!
