Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road. Minimum age to book: 25

Farm Stay in Burke at Firefly Farm

By staying at Firefly Farm in the Northeast Kingdom, you get to experience a connection with the earth, be part of the community and ride the trails. Our guest house is small (120 sq ft), cozy, and the perfect place to set up base for exploring. Though small in size, the space includes a table that converts into a bed, a bed above the table, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a full sized shower. Stay with us and enjoy the beauty of the Northeast Kingdom! We do not charge any cleaning fees.

Fairytale cabin at The Wild Farm

Lay in bed and look out the huge picture window at the farm. You might see cats climbing trees, hummingbirds, snowflakes falling, lightning storms and many more beautiful moments. We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. Our beautiful uniquely designed four-bedroom, 8 beds, two full bath vacation home includes 37 acres with spectacular, stunning views of Burke Mountain and the Kirby Mountain Range. This spacious vacation home is a quintessential Vermont gem with breathtaking mountain and valley views from every room.

The Kirby Hideaway

Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

Russell's Cabin

Quaint log cabin. Access to Coronary on Kingdom Trails is right across the road when the trails are open. What to do during STICK SEASON? Gravel ride and hike, of course!!!! Sleeps 1-4. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twin XL beds...whatever works best for you. Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2. We also have two memory foam folding beds available if sleeping on a futon isn't your thing for the 3rd/ 4th guests.

Razzle's Cabin trailside

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!

Mountain Condo.

Our condo sports everything you will need for your stay. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin pull out couch beds in the living area. Full kitchen, laundry, dining area, porch with dining table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Condo has direct Kingdom trail access on site, bike storage is ok inside or on porch. Our building has undergone siding work but is fully done, no further work on our building. Enjoy your stay!!
