We were five people, a family, who stayed on September 2nd. The apartment is as shown in the photos. Very clean, modern, the building has an elevator. As soon as we arrived, they kindly attended to us with the apartment keys and an electronic key to open and close the garage door. The area is quiet, walkable, one block from the beach, half a block from a park and a block and a half from the main park of Huanchaco, it is close to restaurants, chicken places and pizzerias. In short, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay despite the short time we were in Huanchaco. Harry is an approachable person, always attentive to what we might need. I recommend the apartment!

Very good service, very friendly and willing to help. The neighborhood is quiet and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. There's a winery on the same block and a park around the corner. We'll be happy to come back 😊

The apartment exceeded all expectations. It has plenty of space, a comfortable bed, a beautiful terrace, and you can even see the sunset from it. Sylvia is very friendly and always responds very quickly. Thank you. P.S. perfect for surfers. It has space to put surfboards and you can dry your wetsuit on the terrace.

We had a lovely stay in Huanchaco! The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed for our time there. The hot water in the main bathroom was great (which we really appreciated), and while the laundry setup was pretty standard for the area, it was a bit of an adjustment not having a dryer—air drying took a couple of days. The location is convenient, with several markets nearby for groceries and essentials. The beach is also just a nice walk away, which was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well for the most part. There was some street noise in the evenings from cars passing by, but it quieted down after midnight. We did get woken up by fireworks on three different nights—something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper. One thing to note is that it's not self check-in, which we're usually used to, but meeting Luciana was no problem at all. She's very friendly, lives close by, and made the check-in process super smooth.

Good location close to the sea, the house is nice and spacious, the pool in good condition. Good service from Mr. Ramiro.

The stay was very nice, Cecilia was always aware of our arrival communicating clearly, she facilitated our arrival time and the cleaning staff was also very friendly. Excellent if you want a quiet day with your family 👍🏻🥰

We loved the accommodation, it was very comfortable, quiet, clean, tidy and safe, and we received very good service from Mr. Juan, a very good host who was very attentive to us. The accommodation is accessible to many places. We went with our pet and he was happy as we had access to a nearby park and all the facilities. I recommend the place 100%

Fantastic stay with a great terrace. In the evening, enjoy the setting sun with a view of the sea from the upper floor, it does not get better in Huanchaco. Maria was a great host and was always ready for help and advice. If we ever go back, we'll know where to stay!

I stayed in this apartment for a few days and the experience was excellent. From the first moment, communication with the host was very fluid and friendly. The place is as shown in the photos, very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. I felt right at home and would definitely come back. Thanks for everything!!!

I had the most incredible 6 week stay here! I have stayed in many airbnbs and never felt so at home. It's only the 3 apartments, and it feels like staying with a local family. Jose Ignacio and his mother are the sweetest and kindest people and I loved living here. He is an amazing cook and even shared some delicious meals with me! The apartment is even nicer than the photos, so large and spacious. The yard is so nice and the wifi works everywhere so I was able to work outside and sit by the pool. It was a perfect remote work location with a view of the ocean. I was there in summer and was fine without AC, I left the windows open and the breeze is so nice. You are right on the beach and in the middle of nature so dirt/sand blows in and there are some ants, just keep clean and don't drop crumbs and they are small and don't bother you. It's a little bit of a walk from the centre of town but I love the privacy and unblocked view of the ocean. I can't wait to return to my Huanchaco home!
