Highly recommended! My family and I loved it! About the location, it is very close to the Inca bathrooms and you walk a maximum of 10 minutes if you decide to go on foot to get to know. About the dpto, it's modern and has a good layout. About the hostess, she responds very fast and is friendly.

I could not give this place and the host a higher recommendation. Everything was wonderful including the location and the facilities and especially the super comfortable bed! Jorge was responsive to my every request and had plenty of wonderful suggestions for me. I can't wait to return!

After following the directions to get to the home, we were extremely glad to be traveling in a 4x4 because the dirt road to the property was steep. Upon arriving, we were greeted by one of the most enthusiastic and helpful hosts we could ever imagine! Carlos is a gift to humanity! He took us to town to see the amazing Plaza de Armas with its beautifully sculptured shrubs, then to dinner after sharing recommendations. The next day, Carlos even helped get us to our destination of the Marcahuamachuco ruins. He was always joyful and good humored and wanted to make sure our stay was memorable. The small home was comfortable, warm, and best of all, in a unique setting. It's on top of a hill overlooking the city on one side and had amazing vistas of this beautiful part of Peru on the other. There are even a couple remnants of pre-Incan walls just a few feet from the fire pit on the property! This stay was more of a life experience than just a place to stay. I wish we'd had more time there.

Excellent treatment and attention, if there is anything to improve it would be safety above all because it has high floors and it is dangerous for children, its floors slip quite a bit and the towels and there was no microwave oven, but otherwise excellent

The house is just like that and better than in the photos. It's beautiful, great super well organized. It has games to spend time as a family, implements and food in the kitchen, detail for my Perrhijo and us. The garden is spacious, beautiful, green, has games to enjoy as a family. Everything is perfect. Lorena is a great host, super friendly and giving the tips for everything; super flexible and trusted. We enjoyed it too much and we were looking forward to coming back longer. The place is as shown in the photos, very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. I had the most incredible 6 week stay here! I have stayed in many airbnbs and never felt so at home. It's only the 3 apartments, and it feels like staying with a local family. Jose Ignacio and his mother are the sweetest and kindest people and I loved living here. He is an amazing cook and even shared some delicious meals with me! The apartment is even nicer than the photos, so large and spacious. The yard is so nice and the wifi works everywhere so I was able to work outside and sit by the pool. It was a perfect remote work location with a view of the ocean. I was there in summer and was fine without AC, I left the windows open and the breeze is so nice. You are right on the beach and in the middle of nature so dirt/sand blows in and there are some ants, just keep clean and don't drop crumbs and they are small and don't bother you. It's a little bit of a walk from the centre of town but I love the privacy and unblocked view of the ocean. I can't wait to return to my Huanchaco home!
