The former ferry house was completely restored and converted into a holiday home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village of Angles-sur-l 'Anglin. The house has a private garden and there is a private beach on the premises. The barque is ready on the river, great swimming in front of the door or further down the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

This former outbuilding has been restored to offer accommodation on two levels with access via an external stone staircase and awning dating from the 16th century.
