Our spacious and beautifully restored medieval house and large private garden is within the walls of the serene and picturesque heritage-listed village of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. From here you can explore wineries, beautiful villages and peaceful countryside, chateaux, abbayes and museums. You can even hop on the train to Paris or explore the towns of Dijon or Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. The house has a beautiful character and ambiance. It is suited for couples and families.

Come and enjoy a stay in the heart of the countryside in an apartment located on the 1st floor of our family house with a separate entrance. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed, Ideally located at the entrance to the Morvan Regional Park: * 2.5 hrs. from Paris * 10 min from the A6 autoroute exit * 15 min from Saulieu * 15 min from Semur-en-Auxois * 25 minutes from the Parc de l'Auxois * Several lakes nearby: Lac de Pont, Chamboux, Saint-Agnan, Lac des Settons.

Upstairs, 1 shower and 1 toilet, 2 double bedrooms (including 1 with a bunk bed) under the attic, each with a sink. Renovated in January 2021.

Le Pigeonnier (The Dove House) Nestled in the heart of France in a quiet Burgundian village this quirky dove house, once part of the chateau estate, has been restored and converted into unique accommodation. The ground floor has a kitchenette, eating area, and a walk-in shower room, toilet and basin. The upper floor with bedroom/sitting room, is reached via an external spiral staircase. Parking is available on the premises. Access from junction 23 on the A6 Paris-Lyons autoroute.
