This small single storey house of 45m2 with wooded🌳, flat and fenced garden of 800m2 is ideal for nature lovers! Freshly renovated at the beginning of the year, the cottage is composed of: - Kitchen open to living room - Living room with fireplace - 2 bedrooms - shower room - and separate wc. Our cottage is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, or with friends . 5 minutes by car from the historic center of Figeac, a city classified as Great Occitanie sites, in a soothing and quiet setting. We offer a fully equipped house, with a view, above ground pool, Jacuzzi (to be booked, at no extra charge) and many leisure activities (board games, badminton, ping pong, football cage, 2 adult bikes...) . Écogîte Lalalandes Aveyron

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Small renovated house, 2 rooms + terrace

Located 850m from the city center, 1.4km (15min walk) from the train station. Small cottage renovated in 2021. In summer, you will appreciate the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10-minute walk to the center of Figeac. Free shuttle 100 m away. Free enclosed parking on site. Well-behaved pets are welcome. I've always lived in the area and I'll be happy to tell you about the tours not to be missed!

La Vue Ombragée: Large cottage with shared pool

La Vue Ombragée is located in a small, quiet and peaceful hamlet to fully enjoy your holidays with family or friends! We appreciate its spacious living areas, its master bedroom with shower room, not to mention its shared swimming pool with another cottage (open May-September). Located not far from the medieval town of Figeac, the accommodation is less than an hour's drive from must-see sites such as Rocamadour or the Gouffre de Padirac.

Cette petite maison en pierre, pleine de caractère, est l'endroit parfait pour se détendre en pleine campagne. Profitez de sa grande piscine (12m X 6m) avec vues exceptionnelles sur la vallée du Lot. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Figeac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie ou les célèbres grottes de Pech-Merle, et aussi pour profiter des randonnées magnifiques dans la région et du canoë-kayak à quelques kilomètres dans la vallée du Célé.

Small independent house, located in the village of Saint Perdoux, 10 km from Figeac. Gîte de France 2-star gîte. ideally located in a small green, picturesque and welcoming country, conducive to relaxation and return to nature. Fully equipped 40m2 house with fenced garden of 500m2. We accept bookings for 3 consecutive nights or more. However, during the summer period July/August we provided reservations for a minimum of 7 nights.

Located 11kms from Figeac with its shops and services, this cottage of traditional construction, is adjoining the owners house.
