The apartment is of course not very bright due to the construction in an old farmhouse, but this is more than compensated by the covered outdoor seating. The apartment is super renovated, there is everything you need. Alain and his wife are very nice and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were made to feel very welcome. It ideally suited us as our holiday was for cycling along the Velo Verte in both directions on the Canal Lateral leading to the Canal du Midi. There are numerous other routes to follow along newly converted old railway lines - one new one due to open 1/6/25 from Nérac to Feugarolles - all excellent and brilliant use of tracks connecting places of interest. Small apartment ideal for a couple or single person. Ideally located because Nérac, its city center, its alleys, its castle, its restaurants, its market, its walks along the Baïse are within walking distance. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, very well soundproofed and has a pleasant and spacious loggia. Another plus is the parking in the residence. The only small regret is that the bedroom window overlooks the corridors of the residence and, although there was little traffic (but we were neither in July nor in August), it would have been uncomfortable for me to leave the shutters and curtains open (I did and immediately closed everything). Except for this small downside (in return, the small main room is bright), it was a pleasure to spend a few nights there and I will gladly return to this accommodation offered by Laurent who is quick to answer any questions asked, is very kind and attentive.
