Amazing and well-maintained apartment in a great central location. Roz was so kind and helpful and responded quickly when we locked ourselves out of the apartment and into the car park. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Having the gym, pool and spa pool on the roof was a real bonus. Great to unwind up there on a lovely sunny day.

The accommodations are prepared with careful consideration for guests. It is located in a location with a lot to enjoy on foot.

Our family of four had a great time staying here. Great communication and very helpful with access. Location was soooo good for restaurants, access to the waterfront, Commercial Bay and Britomart. We’d stay again for sure. Everything you need is provided. Secure park was fantastic as was use of the indoor pool area for the kids between outings.

This place was amazing!! Very private, peaceful, and an unmatched view of the harbor. The apartment was extremely clean and perfect for our needs. The only downside was that there wasn't free parking. There were plenty of places to park though so it wasn't an issue. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was so cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was truly lovely — always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything. Unbelievable stay! My kids still say this unit was their favorite part of the trip and brag about how nice the amenities were to their friends and family. The location is also unbeatable! The host personally welcomed us and gave a walkthrough of the unit and recommendations for locations and activities. The unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough! book this one!

Lovely apartment. Great for two couples with ability to have privacy/space from one another when you want. We have stayed in this building a few times, and this is the best apartment we’ve had.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lara’s apartment is located close to the marina and overlooks the water ! It’s very peaceful and quiet. Just a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of the marina and its restaurants. But still very peaceful and we could get a good night’s sleep. Furniture, kitchen and equipments all seem very new and modern with no signs of wear and tear. Parking was very convenient , right under the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a place in Auckland.

Small place (would only recommend for two people) but in a great location and has everything you need! Very easy to walk around town from the location. Place was clean and hosts were very communicative!

We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. This apartment is in a great location in the cbd. It was very very clean & tidy with a wide range of food options nearby & also close to transport hub. Really enjoyed the facilities available including pool, spa & gym. Comms with the host was easy & he was very responsive & helpful.

Really nice place in a great location. Very nice quiet little courtyard the place is in, and we walked almost everywhere in Auckland we wanted to go. It was great to have laundry and a kitchen at the end of a long road trip, and there was lots of space both indoor and outdoor to relax.

This home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and a great location. My family and I loved everything about this home (how well planned the home is, the convenience of its location and the little details in the home itself). I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a central Auckland abode.
