Welcome to southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is available to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and ball games. The house is the enclosed land, the owners are independent, they have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel. This year we installed a dome.

The house is perfect for couples, families (with children).There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the grignan castle (20 km),the gorges of the Ardèche(20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so party prohibited.

This small stone house is at the end of a small green garden all along. The house is very nice, quiet, sheltered from the sun, it is pleasant even in summer. The living room overlooks the garden. A steep staircase leads to a spacious bedroom. The house has character with antique wooden furniture. A large table and a plancha allow you to enjoy grilled meats and vegetables under the olive trees.
