A natural paradise right on the Loire, The newly renovated and very tastefully furnished vacation home with its beautiful garden offered us a great home for our family vacation. We enjoyed the quiet evenings at sunset on the Loire. If you're looking for a break in nature, this is the place to be. We were able to move freely with our children on the huge and wild property. Playing by the river, climbing or feeding the sheep - for the children it was a highlight. We explored the area on many hikes. Roanne offers many possibilities for shopping. The weekly markets have excellent cheese specialties. Also, the cities, Clermont-Ferand, Saint-Etienne and Lyone are easy to reach and worth a visit. The host Alain is very, very nice, always easy to reach, he gave us tips for excursions and information on any questions we had. The house is an absolute insider tip, much nicer than what you can see in the pictures!

On the way to our treatment center, we stopped at Claude and Audrey's, in a comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. The place is quiet, with beautiful views of the countryside. Audrey prepared a very nice meal for us. Claude is a very welcoming host and even helped us solve a small problem with our vehicle. This is truly a place to remember.
