The house has all the necessities with its own bathroom, kitchen, bedroom in alcove and a great view. 5 minutes walk to Holmenkollen station and convenience store, 3 minutes to restaurant and ski jump. Wi-Fi and TV with cable and Chromecast. Unfortunately, there is no space for parking on the property, but there is free street parking right above the property, always available.

Stunning views - Close to nature

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you are in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and a queen size bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for trips in nature. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

Here you can live in a stylish apartment in a new building on top of Oslo with the countryside right outside the door. The subway is just a stone's throw away and it takes 15 min to Oslo city center. There are departures every quarter of an hour until after midnight. The apartment has a full 3.5 m ceiling height which gives a good room feeling and a luxurious touch. The common roof terrace on the 10th floor has to be experienced. Here you have panoramic views of all of Oslo and the Oslofjord.

Close to NIH (Norwegian School of Sport Sciences) and the Sogn student ‘city’ UIO. Also to the lovely forest Nordmarka and the beautiful lake Sognsvann, where you can go swimming or ice-skating.
