It is possible to fish in the river 10 min walk, and in the waters. Hunting is possible in the Statsallmenningen

Log cabin in the mountains

Enjoy nice days and evenings at the cabin located on Ålfjell. Sit on the terrace overlooking Skogshorn, or take a walk in the area. On hot days, we recommend a dip in the Vasetvannet. The cabin is just as suitable in the summer as in the winter. 3 bicycles are included in the rent, Vaset is an eldorado for cycling. Vaset Ski lift is open every day week 7,8 and 9 as well as Easter. Beyond this, the elevator runs Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Brennabu offers a variety of events such as dog sledding, snowshoe hiking, climbing park.

Newer great family cabin in the Høyset Panorama cabin area in Vaset in Vestre Slidre municipality. The cabin has a panoramic view of the west mountains and into Jotunheimen. Have a good time for 1-2 families. Many fine hiking trails, and tops climbing in the surrounding area. Vaset is a famous bike norado. Ski rental just below the cabin and alpine slope 5 min drive by car. About 50 min to Hemsedal and 20 min to Fagernes. Joker with good selection of locally made food, sports shop and several cozy eateries short drive away.

From the family's cabin, everything is set for a cozy holiday. All four seasons. From here you can go hiking in the woods, fishing or just relax and enjoy the view. Near the cabin there are ski tracks with a large network of ski slopes. And in less than half an hour you are at Beitostølen alpine resort where there are also many exciting activities in the summer such as horseback riding and Via Ferrata at Skogshorn. If you drive a few kilometers further, you are at Valdresflye surrounded by mountain peaks over 2,000 meters.

The cabin has 3 bedrooms, a loft over one bedroom, a sofa bed, and 1.5 bathrooms. A total of 12 beds. In addition to relaxing, there are many opportunities for activity! The ski slopes go right outside the cabin, and the slalom slope at Beitostølen is only 25 minutes away. One hour drive to Besseggen. Many hikes in the area (Langsua) Self-service (bring your own bed linen and towels)

High standard, rough and charming high mountain cabin built 2014. Unassuming and quiet at the end of the dead end. Great views of mountains and water. Board games, 250 Donald leaves, kubb and croquet in the cabin. Cozy nooks and crannies to hide away for games , reading, and for a nap. Day bed with room for the whole family ! Long table outside with morning sun. Warm outdoor nook with evening sun. Guests must bring sheets/duvet/pillowcases. Guests must clean the cabin before leaving it.
