Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Moderne tomannsbolig bygget i 2018 med høy standard, fin skjermet hage, flere terasser og solrik beliggenhet. Det er flotte friluftsområder for gåturer, fiske, ski, padling, bading og sykling rett ved. Landelig beliggenhet med 500 meter til bussholdeplass og ca 5 km til tog. Gratis parkering med lademulighet for el-bil mot betaling. Når jeg ikke leier ut boligen, så bor jeg der. Noen rom og skap vil derfor ikke være tilgjengelig.

Sjarmerende våningshus fra 1860

Våningshus fra 1860 som er pusset opp slik at gammelt møter nytt. Splitter nytt bad med stort badekar med løveføtter hvor du kan strekke deg helt ut. Egen dusj om du heller vil bruke den. Det er også vaskemaskin og tørketrommel på badet. Kombinert kjøkken og stue med stor vedovn som er flott å samles rundt på en kald vinterdag. To soverom med sengeplass til totalt 5 stykker. Det kan også settes inn et par gjestesenger ekstra og det er mulighet for å sove på sofaen så her er det plass til mange.

Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.

Idyllisk lite «sørlandshus», skjermet uteområde/bred utsikt til elva. Unik belig. høyt v/elvebredden i gamle Hokksund. (laksefiske; øverst i fluesone, blå sone, ved bjørka m/direkte adkomst til elv fra hus). Varme i alle gulv, strøm faktureres etter forbruk, gangavstand til sentrum. 2 soverom (senger 1,60 og 1,40). Stille/sjarmerende nabolag. Parkering på tomt. Sengetøy/håndklær må medbringes, utvask må utføres av leietager. OBS allergikere, hund/katt tillat, to katter bor ute.
