Cozy cottage in an area with quiet atmosphere, close to the North Sea. The house has a large south-facing terrace, and a lovely covered sheltered terrace, facing west. The house is tastefully decorated. There is everything in equipment for 4 people. This is really the place where you have nature right at your doorstep, with 500 meters to the beach via a lovely nature trail. The grounds are secluded with tall trees and fenced so the dog can run freely. Here is very peaceful during Christmas and New Year, as all use of fireworks is prohibited throughout the year.

The house is suitable for the large family or for groups, as it contains several sections and several common spaces. From the first floor views and a look to the ocean. Here are five good rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, pool table, etc. The house is located in the old part of Agger, 200 meters from the North Sea and 200 meters from the Michelin restaurant. The holiday home was renovated in September 2021, with good sleeping facilities. 3/4 bed in bedroom and 1 single bed, in addition a sofa bed in the living room. Exit to private terrace with fjord view. During the summer months, there is access to an outdoor shower. There is 50 meters to a child-friendly beach and with the possibility of renting a sauna, which is located on the beach ground. Location at Thy National Park, where there is ample opportunity for nature experiences, as well as outdoor activities on the water, forest and lake.

About 3 km to shopping and lovely bathing beaches, on either side of Vilsundbroen. Where there is an opportunity to kayak, paddle, and fishing. "Cold Hawaii hinterland" About 4 km away very scenic activity park and a little further south is the very famous Skyum mountains, with great hikes, really beautiful. Bring your packed lunch basket, John Lennon has been there.
