The wooden house is 91 m2 with hot tub + sauna. Well furnished with 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each + loft in the living room with 2 mattresses. The house has a large wooden terrace where it is nice to stay. Newly built annex with gas grill/ball grill, ladder floor etc. Lovely fjord view from house and terrace. The house is 100 meters from the waterfront. There are some nice hiking trails. Swimming bridge close by. Approx. 3 km. for shopping in Glyngøre and 7 km. for Nyk. Lovely newly renovated summer house - best location

Nice house in the best location. The house is completely renovated and added new room wing in 2021. The house is suitable for the large family or for groups, as it contains several sections and several common spaces. From the first floor views and a look to the ocean. Here are five good rooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, pool table, etc. The house is located in the old part of Agger, 200 meters from the North Sea and 200 meters from the Michelin restaurant. Our holiday home is located on the beautiful Limfjord on the outskirts of the summer town Puppsund. There is room for indoor cosiness in the large kitchenette room, room for 12 overnight guests, barbecue evenings and relaxation on the large terrace and play and fire in the garden. The house is equipped with beds, chairs and toys for small children. With only five minutes walk to the water, both large and small can join in.
