Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Enjoy the silence - with sea peek from all windows, as well as lake views with free-range chickens, fruit garden, and flower meadow.

Centrally located by the city center near the forest and beach. In the apartment there is Wi-Fi (not quite stable) , TV, dishwasher and dryer. There is the possibility of borrowing a cot and high chair. Bed linen/towels are NOT included in the price, but it can be rented. Cleaning is not included, this can be purchased or done yourself (see other place under house manual). You can rent bedcover and towels. There is no cleaning incl. We can do it or you can do it your self. (look under house manual)

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

A lovely place to stay. You feel like staying in the "real" Rønne.

What a lovely little oasis in the middle of the city. The garden is wonderful with flowers, trees and birds. You completely forget that you are in the middle of the city. The bed was nice and it was nice to sit outside on the terrace in the morning with a cup of tea. There is an electric kettle and refrigerator in the annex. Pierre and Lisbeth were very welcoming and pleasant to stay with, 😊 we would love to come again!

Lovely little annex with step kitchen and toilet

Annika's annex is really nice for a quick overnight stay for 2 people, at Rønne center. We had our 2-year-old with us and it worked fine. Simple interior with the possibility of borrowing a bathroom.

A colorful figurine with cartoonish features is displayed on a dark surface. A small photo card beside it features a child’s image and a handwritten note expressing gratitude. The playful design of the figurine adds a whimsical touch to the setting.
