There are lovely views from the living room and terrace over the meadow area and look to the water. The house is bright and lovely, featuring a kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with a double box mattress (160 x 200), a narrow staircase up to a loft with a double mattress, and a small room with 2 beds (80 x 190) for children. Lovely terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. The location is close to the sea and sandy beach - with a view of the forrest and fields belonging to the protected manor house Hagenskov. A perfect place to explore the local foods and nature of Fyn, Helnæs, Faaborg and Assens. Relax in front of the fireplace outside in the evening - and explore the nature on bikes or by foot in the daytime. We will be happy to guide you.

This apartment is located in a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing on Midtlangeland. The apartment is in the main house on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. There is also the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 90 per person. (Children under 12 years, DKK 50) On Langeland, there is beautiful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Fyn (20 km) is not far away.

Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.
