An exceptional house. Alessandra and her family kept the space with the old attributes and that makes the house charming. We felt at home! In addition, the location is great!! Throughout the time, both Alessandra and her daughter were very helpful. We needed to arrive at night and they were super flexible with check-in and check-out times! Everything was perfect! One point of attention is that the house has three flights of stairs, which can be a factor to consider for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. Carla was the best host ever! She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were fulfilled. She always responded any questions we had super quickly and even went out of her way to send me a high chair to use for my baby’s meals. The house is beautiful and really well located in a really peaceful neighborhood,we loved hearing the birds around and and my whole family had the best time there and we just witnessed the most gorgeous sunsets every day we spend there. My toddler had the time of her life running around the yard and playing outside. Everything was perfect during our stay and I definitely plan on staying again.

Our experience was wonderful at Chácara da Simone, it started right from the beginning with surprises for the children, for my husband (birthday boy) and even snacks for the pet. Clean smell, impeccable linens, everything organized and super well equipped. Simone responds quickly and everything was perfect. Edna is a person's love. We loved the accommodation and will definitely be back. The location is very good, quiet and has several places nearby. It is close to a 24-hour bakery with an incredible colonial cafe, the mobile police station is almost in front of the accommodation. The Airbnb is very beautiful, cozy, and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend it!
