The apartment matches the photos and fulfills what it promises for a quick stay. The location is practical, with a market and bakery nearby, which makes everyday life much easier. The host was helpful in answering whenever I needed, and the building's doormen were polite and helpful. Overall, it was a functional experience.

They were always attentive, a great location close to shops, such as bakery, warehouse, etc…, a little far from the city center and the Lagoa. But the convenience of being able to make your food is a privilege. And although it is on the avenue there is no loud noise, it sleeps quietly.

This is the second time we've stayed at Christina's house. The apartment is really a great value. It has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/service area – all equipped with everything you need for a comfortable long-term stay. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood next to the center, so you can walk, and it has a beautiful view of most of the city. As always, communication with Christina was great, making it easy to enter and exit. Thank you very much!

Great place to stay. Highly recommended

The studio met all expectations. It is well located, close to the DelRey mall (it is possible to walk) and the Uber route to bars, restaurants, is very close. It is 30/40 minutes from Confins airport (by car) and is not far from downtown and Pampulha. The apartment is comfortable and has everything we need. I recommend the stay and the hosts were attentive from start to finish. Very good!

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, tasteful decoration, excellent location and safe. The shower is excellent, the bed and bath linens are good. The only point that needs to be improved is the mattress, because the springs are making noise. The owner recommended great restaurants and left all the directions about the property in a clear and accessible way.

Absolutely beautiful place with the best view! The location offers easy access to great restaurants and scenic running tracks. The building is secure and safe, with controlled access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Our host, Lorena was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. First, Ada was very attentive in providing all the information and instructions prior to check-in. The apartment is a cozy, really charming! It has the necessary utensils for meals, everything is clean and organized! The location is another favorable point as it is close to restaurants, shops, malls and the center. It is safe and offers a leisure area with a beautiful view of the city, a very well-equipped gym. Anyway, I highly recommend it and Ada is an excellent host, congratulations!!
