Or just hang out on the hammock. You can swim from the pier or directly from the beach. The beach is quite sudden, so it's not suitable for young children. A lot heats up next to the sauna terrace. We had a great stay at this superb villa in Päijänne. Villa was even more impressive than in photos and everything was high quality, very clean and well maintained. Beach sauna and jacuzzi were the perfect combo to relax in the evening. Highly recommend for a getaway in nature.

Very cozy and atmospheric home! The croft and yard were set with a good eye, an end-to-end ensemble that nurtures tradition without compromising on amenities. We enjoyed it so much, and there was plenty to see and do in the area that we decided to stay an extra night. The host was very friendly, helpful, and flexible. Messaging with her went smoothly and easily. Highly recommend!
